how many times can TSM102 amplifiers achieve?

If use two of its amplifiers + one of its comparators, totally how many times amplify can get? in this case, can the other one Comparators still function?

It depends on your signal frequency.
Look at the Gain vs Frequency curve (Figure 6) in the data sheet.
And it depends on your supply voltage. The output voltage cannot exceed the supply voltage.

The signal is DC, ~10 mV, .checked the Figure 6, seems db about 50?
My supply voltage is 12Vdc, can I consider 50*50*50 total db?

You add dB. Hence two amplifiers of +50dB each would be +100dB which is a gain of 100,000.
10mV x 100,000 = 1000V. You cannot get this from a 12VDC supply.
