How I can fix this thing?

Hi everyone. I don't know English very well, so I use a translator. In short, this TV broke down, presumably an automobile one. When power is applied, it does not react in any way, although I pressed all the buttons that it has. I checked and soldered the capacitors, checked the voltages, but nothing helps. The only thing I noticed is that the high voltage capacitors don't charge. The TV is powered by 12 volts, even it is written on the board. I really need it and I want to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to AAC
Show close up pictues from both sides. The power input area for the moment

By the way, do you know to test basic components using DMM ?

Search for the service manual, what make and model number is it?

I think this might be the same circuit, yours has an AC socket input..

With the 12 volt supply connected and the power switch ON what voltage do you measure between the pins of C705 And does the polarity match the markings on the capacitor ?

Check out the voltages at the points shown, it looks like there has been previous repairs and possibly shorts around the bridge rectifier.
Circuit diagram is in post #4..
