I see how you may think that, but there is no capacitor forum on this site. I use the blue scheme and so I am unfamiliar with the orange scheme, otherwise I’d show you how to see all of the forums.

Just a guess, it looks like a reference to threads (“forum threads”) concerning capacitors, maybe even newest (“latest”) capacitors. I guessed that because I know there is no capacitor forum.
