How can I wire a 7 pin transformer?

Hi, I took apart my old Kodak disposable camera and I removed the tiny step up transformer from the flash circuit.

I was expecting it to have 5 pins as I've done some research on transformer circuitry and most of the ones I came across had five pins.

But this transformer has 7 pins and I'm unable to tell which side is the primary and secondary coils. I can't figure out how to wire it because I don't know what the other two pins are for.

Does anyone have a datasheet/schematic that can explain the layout of a 7 pin transformer?

Trace the schematic of the board that it was removed from. From that you will know which is the secondary. If you no longer have the board then measuring the winding resistance will give you a good idea which is the secondary. If you post the schematic of the board then we will have a better idea of how it was designed to work. Also post the resistance readings between all 7 pins. There will probably be three windings. One will probably have a tap.

Okay so:

I'm not quite experienced enough to reverse engineer a schematic, but I found someone with a similar 7 pin transformer kodak camera and they wrote out the following schematic themselves.

And the only pins that seem to have readings on the multimeter are between pins 2 and 4 (0.38 kilohms) and pins 5 and 6 (0.4 ohms).

I hope I did this right, but like I said I'm new to this so some more help would be appreciated.

If you you do not have enough experience to reverse engineer a simple circuit like the one you have posted then I doubt that you will be able to design a circuit to do what you want using the transformer. The resistance readings you got for the windings fit with the circuit that you posted. The low resistance is the primary.
