I am currently trying to simulate a GaNFET model on PSPICE (GaN Systems GS66508T, model can be found here:http://www.gansystems.com/gs66508t.php), and I would like to know how to get the Rds(on) vs Ids curve.

Can you plot, as a function of Ids, the output of a voltage source whose output is specified as Vds/Ids ?

So, that's what I tried, but I don't know how to do it as a function of Ids
