Ok so i am having problems with the non-inverting hysteresis comparator,for some reason i have certain Voltage values predetermined at the comparator in the beggining that i dont know how to get rid off and they are disrupting my circuit(the comparator has VthH=12V and VthL=0.3V).Anyone has any idea whats wrong?(and sorry for the lack of details but im pretty tired)

You over supplying the AD8041 at 15V
Datasheet states:
Fully Specified for +3 V, +5 V, and 5 V Supplies
