How are LEDs powered directly from AC

Ola,

I ordered a LED bulb few weeks ago. I was curious and torn it apart to see how actually is it powered? There was nothing but just the full wave rectifier....a power resistor and a capacitor without any markings....Could anyone please draw the possible circuit to power up the LEDs from AC. I have uploaded the picture.

Sorry Dodgydave and Jony130 , but mains powered circuits are not allowed over here.
That is why I have taken your posts from the board.
