Determine the values of teh potentials at points A, B, C, D.

working counter clockwise and following polarity, I added 10V and 8V to get Vtotal of 18V. At point D V=18V.
I=V/Rtotal or 2.7mA. V=I*R for each resistor voltage drop. Point C 7.29V. Point B 5.94V, and Point A 4.86V.

 

You might want to consider where you place the black lead (common) of your meter.

 

As stated above, you are giving the voltage drops, but when asked to give the voltage at a single point in a circuit, using one letter designation, than it will always be refrenced to a common point, usually ground terminal, unless otherwise stated differently.

Hint: algebraically add the voltage drops starting at the common point.
