determine the value of R2 and the total power dissipated by the load resistors.

Since Voltage is the same in parallel, I used Ir3 x R3 and got voltage of 108V. Ir1= 108V/15K Ohm = 7.2mA. Itotal = 13.2mA. 13.2mA-2.3mA-7.9mA= 3.7mA. R2= 108V/3.7mA= 29k Ohm. Power is V(squared)/Rtotal. Rtotal= reciprocal of sum of resistors. Power equals 1.4 Watts

That's the answer I came up with.

Good job in figuring that out systematically.
You seem to understand the basic theorems KVL and KCL and ohms law, quite well.
