I(c)/C=dv/dt and i would need to find i(0+) in order to solveStart with the basic equation I(c) = C * dV/dt which you should memorize. (Still useful 50 years after I learned it.)
Rearrange to solve for dV/dt
Look at what you need to know, in this case at time t(0+)
Given that, what do you know, and what do you need to figure out?
Hint: Kirchoff's current law.
