:confused::confused:Hi there,could you please help me with the ollowing homework. I've tried to answer the questions but I'm not sure if what I did is right.

The question says. Draw a 12 V full wave bridge rectier power supply circuit that will be able to filter the ripple by 2V and supply the load resistance of 2kΩ by the same output voltage. Assume the main frequency of 50HZ.
- Draw Bloc diagram
- Do calculations
- And write operation.:confused:

To a good approximation these equations work:

Vr=Vdc/(2*f*R*C)

Vdc=Vm/[1+1/(4*f*C*R)]

where

Vr=peak to peak ripple voltage
f=supply frequency
R=load resistance
C=filter capacitor
Vm=peak value of the rectified voltage
Vdc=output DC voltage across the load

Use them to find the appropriate values
