I think I have seen a thermocouple amplifier chip with built in cold junction compensation. I think it is a MAX31856.

I am quite familiar with that chip and its brother, MAX31855.

Yes, the cold junction is incorporated in the chip. However, according to the TS, that chip and all of the associated electronics will be inside the furnace and subjected to the same high and probably unknown temperatures.

it's a good component and also I will use the ATMEGA328 microcontroller which resists up to 125 ° C . But still the problem of the battery, I want a battery that resists this temperature

Now my big problem is to find a battery which resists the high temperatur, because as you know I am using a completely closed
isothermal box as I said in latest posts. Imagine you the battery explodes inside this box its going to be the disaster
