I need some help here. I have a legacy RF power supply used for generating RF power for sputter deposition. It uses four 6KV/5 amp diodes as the rectifier bridge. I am only getting shadow power (volts but no amps) out of these. I would like to replace them, but am unable to find any. You can't throw a rock without hitting a supplier that sells HV diodes, but they are all in the milliamp range. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a photo of the diodes.
