Hi all
I am looking at designing a PCB with a h-bridge using DirectFETs, the issue I currently have is that I am constrained to using 2oZ copper, 4 or 6 layer boards, however I can design or use bus bars in the application. The current reaches a peak of 150A, and I still want to keep commutation paths short and reduce parasitics by placing components closer together however the issue is when calculating the necessary pcbs width it comes to around >80mm. Could anyone suggest what techniques I could use? Or know of any examples of similar PCBs? Would appreciate any comments or assistance with this project.
Kind Regards
