i dont know whether i should be posting this here or not ...but i want some journals that are on ieeexplore... can anyone help me please? i will post the links here...if someone has access to ieeexplore please download it and email me ....your help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Your university library should be able to help you. Usually you have to either be a member of IEEE and have paid for subscription to journals or buy the paper individually.
