So there is a value for C3 which will give you the desired frequency. As Colin55 says, if you actually built this circuit then the frequency would be most unlikely to be exactly what the simulation says because of the tolerances on the components and the effects of the layout. In practice, C3 would be a trimmer capacitor adjusted for the correct frequency.
