Help wiring dc to dc isolated power supply

Hi I put a clock in a vehicle and it keeps shutting down I believe she to ground loop so I ordered a isolated dc to dc power supply but not sure exactly how to hook it up I have positive wire from battery and chassis ground, and positive to clock and clock ground, the power supply has 6 pins labeled GND, Vin, Cnt, +Vout, OV, and CS can someone tell me how to hook this up what wire goes where to give me my clean 12v dc on the out side of supply here is a link to the actual supply, http://www.ebay.com/itm/230390461156 thanks for the help

You link shows the input and output connections about halfway down the page. It is in red and aboveit the specification in green.

It may be shutting down when the battery voltage drops during starter operation.
A large hold-up capacitor would eliminate that as a problem.
I have already checked that as an issue and that it's not the problem there is a second battery that is reserve that clock gets its power from that does not start the car, actually the shut down occurs only when one specific device is activated it runs fine during start up thanks josh
