Hey everyone,
I hope you're all doing well! I have a question about designing a PCB board in an EDA software. I recently designed a circuit in LTspice, but now I want to move forward and create a PCB in an EDA software. However, when I tried to open my .asc file in the EDA, it asked me to also provide .asy files for the components in a .zip folder. I'm a bit stuck on how to generate the .asy files for the specific components I used in my circuit. Could anyone help me out with this? I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Hi Mike,
Any asy files you created will be in the Autogenerated folder alongside all the regular asy files, in the sym folder.
This image shows my file pathway.

Thank you, so much dear Eric. But now i have realized that there is no auto generation folder under LTspiceXVII=>lib => sys =>(didn't found the Autogenerated folder). While several other folders and .asy files are available.

hi mike,
When running LTSpice and you press the F2 key, do you see something like my image?

Also did you create the model asy files yourself using the sub/mod files.?
1st image is just an example on how the AutoGen is used.
