A depletion-type n-channel MOSFET with K=1mA/Vsquared and Vt=-3Vt has it gate grounded and a voltage of +1V applied to the source. How do you find the minimum drain voltage voltage required in order for the device to operate ain saturation...What drain current results at this drain voltage? Assuming 2=0
