Put LED1 in parallel with LED2 and its' switch and LED3 and its' swtch. Leave R1 up above but make sure it can handle the current you are pulling through it.

This appears to be only a simulation though so I suppose real world doesn't apply, which if is the case, you don't really need to worry about blowing up your logic gate by sucking current out of it. On this note, you could generally get away with a 1k resistor and low power LEDs and have your logic gate drive them directly. Normally you can get a good 30mA out of a pin so long as only one pin is drawing that much.
