Hi there. :) No. You need a polyester film capacitor same voltage or higher same capactence value. Metallized paper capacitors are to be preferred if the capacitor is to be used where uncontrolled transient voltages can occur. It used in a Different application.

The 0.1 uF cap you pictured is a X2 safety cap. That one is likely across the incoming power line.
Perhaps https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/polyester-film-capacitors/8741412/ lead spacing 15mm, or
https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/polyester-film-capacitors/8741437/ lead spacing 22.5mm

As for the 0.047, that appears to be a standard poly cap. There are a number available, with different physical sized and lead spacing, you will have to look.

some caps are bad i.e.
C5 - 630v, 0.047u,
C100- 400v, 68u
also some Resistors:
Resistor R18
Resistor R5
Thermistor (TH) 10D9 - not sure if this is NTC/PTC

1. You are working on a switching power supply, likely driven directly from the line. These can be dangerous to work on if you don't know what you are doing.
2. Seem to be a lot of parts that have been overloaded/burned. Fixing this board is going take considerable effort, even if you were intimately familiar with it.
3. The resistors are obviously burned, the thermistor may or may not be bad, but why do you think the caps are bad?
4. For your own safety, I would recommend that you replace this board, or turn it over to someone who is familiar with troubleshooting/fixing Switch Mode Power Supplies.

5. If you don't find and replace all the faulty components - not just the obviously burnt ones - then when you power it up again it may well go bang again.

@Ylli , thanks
The Caps are bad because they have obviously swollen and im positive if I can get the correct component replaced , the whole circuit will come alive again. this is my view

and I've found these to replace the bad cap C5 - 630v, 0.47u
