Help identifying the blue capacitor in this unbalance three phase circuit for school experiment

Hi! I wanted to recreate the circuit that was given to me, unfortunately the blue capacitor doesn't have any value written on it. It only has a blue plastic covering. Is there a way to identify it?

The circuit that I wanted to create is part of the school experiment module, it is an unbalanced three-phase that involves the delta and wye connection.

Yes. I have inductors that look exactly like that. If there are no markings, you will have to remove it from the circuit board and measure it with an inductance meter.

Thank you so much for noting that it is an inductor. I am beginner when it comes to circuits. Is the instructions on wikihow the only way in order for me to know the values of the inductor?

I only have multimeter and basic electronics tools.

Here's the wikihow instructions https://www.wikihow.com/Measure-Inductance

It stated that I need oscillope and some other tools.
