Hello,
While repairing a PCB, I found that three transistors labeled BA5Z SR4, BA5Z SR5 and D05Z S.P4 are faulty. I have searched Google but couldn't find exact datasheets or part details for these codes. Could anyone help me identify what these transistors are, or suggest possible equivalents? If direct replacements aren't available, I’d appreciate recommendations for suitable substitutes.

 

cmon, throw us a bone here... how about picture of the transistors on the board? what is the package? why do you think they are transistors and not something else?
