hello, im practicing for an electronics test. im confused about one question inparticular. I attached a pic of it. wouldn't B and C be the same thing?

 

It would be 2/3 smaller.

 

Reduced to one third would mean 0.333 of the original.
Be one third smaller would mean 0.667 of the original.
