Hello all i am trying to fix a touchscreen infrared detector board. on it is a component i cant seem to find. i was wondering if anyone here can help me identify it. I have attached a picture of it and the markings on it are x9hup on top line and 7507 on the bottom. Thank you in advance.

Hi Jony130, Thank you very much. I am a bit new to touchscreen boards. Is this the typical use for this power mosfet? I have alot on the board and they are all the same(see attached). I also noticed that the first 2 (u33, u32) from the left have the left side connections considerably different from #3-#7 (u35, u36, u37, u39, u40) on where as #3 -#7 have the left side connections all joined. Are these to power the infrareds? Thank you. Just trying to make sense of this.

 

Try reverse engineer the circuit or the part of it. And checks whatever the IRF7507 makes any sense.
