Use English text.

Hello, the problem is that my transformer has an input of 127v at 60 Hz and an output of 33v at 1.2. The detail here is that I want to put in a multimeter, ammeter, and an American fuse, a power button, a potentiometer, and a C14 power cable with its plug, but I have been consulting several designs, but not all of them have parts, it is like a Frankenstein, so could someone help me?

This is an English language site.

What exactly are your current requirements for the 0-33V supply output?
Do you want DC?
What do you mean "reversing"?

I can read directly from the original Spanish, and although the description is not clear at all, I can gather that the TS has a “transformer” which is feeding from the AC line, and wants to add a fuse, an on/off switch, a pot presumably to adjust the voltage, and an ammeter/voltmeter.
He has seen some web schematics but really doesn’t understand them.
No mention of polarity reversal other than the thread title.

In plain English, he wants a variable power supply with output metering. Presumably DC.

A more detailed description is needed before much of an correct response can be given.
A good guess is that the TS wants a variable voltage power supply, adjustable over some voltage range, with voltage and current meters. The "C14 power cable" meaning is unknown to me.
MY GUESS is also that the circuits the TS has discovered do not include parts lists, but only circuits. THAT is very common at those websites that provide circuit information only. "Schematics For Free" is a very good site but indeed mostly does not provide parts lists.
