Have dvr with bnc connector use for analog camera ,like hookup one POE camera to this dvr can this be done?
Is there device to hookup to analog DVR for the POE camera to work on the analog DVR.

Depends upon the output signal type of the camera and the DVR.
If they are both NTSC or both PAL video, then you should be able to.

 

Looking on ebay, there are plenty of modules that convert an analogue BNC signal to digital, allowing transmission over long runs of CAT5/CAT6 cable – but nothing performing the reverse conversion (which is what you want).

If the poe camera is simply transmitting the analogue signal over a twisted pair of wires, this device might work. You would need to strip the wire and connect the twisted pair to the module.

But this solution is more likely to work, consisting of two modules; one that converts the CAT5/CAT6 video signal to HDMI, and then a converter that converts HDMI to BNC analogue (switchable between PAL and NTSC output).

Consider that in post #1 the TS stated that the INPUT to the VCR is a BNC connector. And the BNC connector on the devices described IS AN INPUT , not a output. So the devices in the link would need to be reversed. THAT is not simple to achieve. Like most poorly described on-line offerings it is not suitable for the application at all.

Where is that said?

If the DVR and camera both have BNC connectors, then a video coax cable with BNC connectors should work to connect them together.

 

Look at the first line!! " Have dvr with bnc connector use for analog camera ". No mention is made of any other connectors. Thus my response.
