** Please forgive me if this is not the proper forum for my question **
I am looking for repair assistance or parts availability information regarding my Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 3 portable speaker. Its internal Li-ion battery became depleted. I replaced it, the speaker now operates but it will not charge when its factory supplied A/C adapter is connected. I have determined the adapter is functioning properly. HK ni longer supports it because of its age (2016.) The speaker sounds great when it works, I'd hate to simply toss it.
Visual inspection of its primary pcb, as well as the mini pcb to which the charging port attaches, does not show any shorts/scorching.
Any suggestions for repair or location of replacement parts are greatly appreciated. I checked ebay for parts but with no success. Finding a local small electronics repair business is impossible.
