Hall Effect Pulse Train Circuit Modification

Okay, so below is a missing pulse detector circuit using one CD4093 quad Schmitt-trigger NAND gate IC and one transistor to drive the relay.
The relay turns off about 1s (red trace) after the pulses stop low or high (green trace).
