The waveform would generally be symetrical about ground but an offset could be useful as well.

That would just use one of the internal DACs and internal OpAmp
to handle in PSOC.

As I see it, you have the square signal in the wrong polarity, like the signal C in my second picture from post #16.

There is no need to blush over it, I also had a mistake before succeeding with the "twin" waveforms.
