Hi!
Half a day I am searching everywhere I know any kind of half bridge controller having a generator inside and two gate outputs with appropriate time shifts for work at 3 MHZ (!!!). Nothing see yet.
I found at least 20 offers for such IC for 2 MHz but none for 3 MHz. Would it be sad reality that 2 to 3 is that place where wide gap brakes in economics between demand and supply?
Thus, if any knows sth useful for this need, please enlight me! Thanks!
