H-bridge not working

I need help. It's not working—some of the transistors are getting kinda hot. I think the LEDs might be wired the wrong way, but I don’t think that’s the issue. However, it could be.

It’s a 12V–24V setup. I attempted to make brakes—that’s what the third transistor group does. I think everything is wired the correct way. I’ve tried many other things, but this is the closest I’ve gotten. I don’t really have much luck with H-bridges. The transistors might be bad or something else might be wrong—I don’t really know.

On the schematic, there are no pulldown resistors, but I added them on my PCB. However, that didn’t solve the issue, so I’m kinda confused. The resistors on the MOSFETs and transistors (the ones I added) are 1kΩ, and the ones on the LEDs are 440Ω.

Here is a netlist file if it helps: https://gofile.io/d/1VnzCl

I can also provide other files if y’all need

The circuit seems broken. The Drain of Q7 and Q8 got to +ve of the supply.
What about the Source of Q9 and Q10? Where do they go?
The Q5 Q6 combination seems strange. What do they do?
