Your circuit provides no dead-time between the Hin and Lin signals going to the bridge driver ICs, so there will be high shoot-through currents through the FETs. These may be overloading your supply and leading to instability/noise.

 

I replaced the bootstrap diodes with the new ones (1N4148). I got relatively clean signal for a while. But, 10 minutes later, i was back to where i started from. I am hoping it to work when I receive ultra fast rectifier diodes.
