Welcome to AAC.

Unfortunately this isn't the right place for such a request. It doesn't even really make sense.

My suggestion would be to try to find a well documented product that includes what you want, or a module/chipset that offers a reference design for the product.

Good luck.

Install a dash-cam. They track movement, speed and voice. The memory chip saves data until it's full. Then it starts overwriting old files. You can set the G-Sensor to detect bumps and hard hits. When it senses those it locks those recordings and prevents it from over writing those files. You then upload the files to your computer and can view them. Listen to what's being said and whatever else you may need to know. Many come with bluetooth or Wi-Fi and can download the data when the car is close enough to your Wi-Fi source. You don't even need to pull the chip from the camera.

Quite a few companies that sell primarily to detectives and police agencies sell those devices, and mostly the products are more durable and reliable than what the average person can easily assemble.
There are also several security product sales companies that sell them.
