Good PID temperature controller for hot plate ramp down

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can point me into the right direction. I'm looking into a PID temperature controller to ramp down the temperature from a set value by 1 degree every 30 minutes.

I can't seem to find the right one for my application. I'll be hooking it up to my analog hot plate since the available ones such as the Torrey Pines seem to be a little excessive for my budget.

Thank you

That could work really well. I'll have to look at the manual in depth to ensure its able to ramp down from say 130 degrees all the way down to 0 and then stop but only being capable of ramping down by 1 degree every 30 minutes so obviously I don't want to spend hours in the lab for controlled cooling.

I'll l have to make sure I have the right thermocoupler for this PID but looks good so far so thank you.
