Glitch on Load(Lamp) for opto driven Triac

Hi Everyone,

I am currently working on a project with a simple opto-coupler driven Triac load. Everytime I switch ON the mains supply,
I notice a glitch on the Load(Lamp) which when probed shoots upto 300V.Even if I remove the opto-coupler, I still notice the Glitch on Load which is coming from Triac gate. I tried adding a snubber circuit across Triac but the Glitch still appears.
Please help.!!!
