I have a 3ph generator which is showing hz,s but has no voltage. any idea anyone?

It,s a 30kva, 440volt chinese generator driven by a 4 cylinder diesel motor

Does it have a breaker or a fuse?

Yes it has a breaker which I have already tested.

 

Check the AVR

 

Check for continuity between the connections at the generator itself and the panel @ the electric sockets. it may be working but not making connection with your output connection panel. That would explain the Hertz freq. meter having a good reading
