Generating high frequency

Helo all.i need a circuit which can generate a frequency of 27Mhz having a pulse rate of 800 pulses per second."Pulse on duration" should 100 micro seconds.Any one have any idea about the implementation of cicuit?Antena size should be 8cm

27MHz is right in the CB and R/C 30m band.
You would be better off to cannibalize an R/C toy operating on this band.

The R/C frequencies are:
26.995 MHz
27.045 MHz
27.095 MHz

Edit: Thanks to @SamR for spotting my mistake. I meant 11m band.

Once you find a 27MHz transmitter, you could turn it off and on with a high-speed CMOS transmission gate, such as a 74HC4066, in series with the input to the output stage (or some other appropriate point).

A 555 configured as a PWM astable oscillator could generate the 800Hz pulse rate with a 100μs on-time.

Bro,Do you have any rogh schematic/Block digram for that ?

1) What a power will make a huge impact on circuitry. 5 mW? 250 mW? 20 W? 2 kW? 200 kW? 20 MW?
2) What is the load - some technological process or air/aether? What antenna impedance, standard or special?
3) What a power source voltage expected?
Then next step is to choose the output cascade semiconductors, and only last step will be to meditate about circuit.
4) 8 cm antenna is sth for 2700 MHz not for 27 MHz. No one had been cancelled the fourth of lambda law.
