Hi,

I attach a picture of a fusible resistor ( circle in orange ) which is open. It is inside a Fan controller power board .
It connected in series to the AC main neutral line.
What is the replacement value? I don't really know how to read the band. Is it the same as resistor colour code?

I need to look for an alternative to replace it.

Looks like 0.39 Ohms,, 1W.
