High accurate TRUE RMS voltmeter with 7 segment display + High and low voltage cut off(adjustable) and adjustable delay timer + Alarm .
contains HEX file , PCB and simulator.
Use new TRUE RMS multimeter for calibration.

This circuit tested with voltage from 80V to 245V.Below about 70V,reference voltage Drop-off from 5V so displayed voltage is not accurate.
