Probably. The name in the footprint library probably conforms to a naming convention developed by whomever developed the library.

The only way to be sure is to look at the data sheet and see if the footprint appears compatible with it. Keep in mind that it will probably not be and exact match.

Also, keep in mind that footprints (both in the datasheet and in libraries) are usually intended for automated assembly. If you are assembling the PCB by hand, take into consideration whether the footprint will lend itself to you being able to solder the component to it. That shouldn't be a problem with an SOT part, so this is just a general recommendation.
