I need to save one state for turn on a lamp, but I don't know how to work the flip flops some body can recomend me a tutorial with examples please.

Which kind do you want - J-K or D? Could you expand on "save one state"?

 

Well I prefer flip flop D, and with "save one state" I mean that I need to mantein certain voltage level until other event ocurs

No problem. Flip-flops are one bit registers. Take the Q-not output and tie it to the D input. Every time the device is clocked, it will change state.
