Im trying to create a 4 bit reverse BCD counter with T flip flops it suppose t count from 9 to 0 but its doing 7 to 0 can you help me

To reverse count from 9 to 0, you need to reset the counter when it reaches a state below 0. Specifically, after reaching 0000 and going to the next state 1001 (9 in BCD). Which part of your circuit is doing this task?
