ok new problem i need to build a flip flop circuit using only three relays and a momentary input any body ever done this before

 

If you just need Q and ^Q outputs, an impulse latching relay will work with the momentary input. You can get them with 12 VDC input or 120 VAC. Look at a P&B S89R11DAC1-12. Digi-Key has the as part #PB513 @ $45.38.
