Hi Guys,

Im after a N channel mosfet made by mitsubishi electric its labelled as a FL7KM-12A. They are for high speed switching use and are used in SMPS etc

Does anyone know where to find one of these? I have searched all over australia and cant even find one!! If anyone knows of a suitable equivalent then this would also help.

maybe it is out of production.

go to a semiconductor manufacturer and use their search engine to find another mosfet with equal or better specs...

 

yeah i must admit i was being lazy and hoping someone had gone through this before.

I suppose i better be a bit more proactive now ahaha!
