Hello,

Can i replace polypropylene film capacitor (105K - 400 V) with any other type of caps, my fan doesn't work and i can't find a new cap.

Look for a "1 uF", "400 V AC" capacitor as a replacement. A slightly higher capacitance value does no harm. But it Has To Be An AC Capacitor - non polarized.

I spent weeks searching for it all i can find is ceramic and electrolytic caps, so i'm trying to replace it with another type(i'm a civil engineer)

If the capacitor is of Chinese origin, there is a good possibility that it is the cap. A common failure point.
Try a local motor rewinder or search for 'AC motor run capacitor'
There are rafts of them on ebay for a $1.00 but unfortunately most Asian origin.
Is your supply 120vac or 230v?
