What is the difference between a 50Ω feed-thru load termination and a 50Ω 0dB attenuator? For example the components below (sma connectors):

• Feed-thru termination Link 1
• 0dB attenuator Link 2

The one in link 1 has an 50 Ohms/2 Watt resistor build in as load.
The one in link 2 is a feed through without a load.

Is it possible to use the second one as a termination (ex. in front of an 1ΜΩ input of an oscilloscope)?
