Federal Esterline 432 gauge block amplifier

This is an amplifier for precision gauge block measurements, used in machinist world.

Just repaired, now need manual to cal it. Thought maybe someone here might have experienced one in their travels.

Do you have a set of gauge blocks which have a cert providing their actual dimensions? The image is just an Ebay image which includes the probe adapter but I do not see the probe or any probe fixturing? You also need a quality surface plate and associated hardware. Starette made similar analog devices as did brown and sharp. If you can find a manual for either of those manufacturers it should include a calibration procedure as long as the ranges are similar. There should be a probe.

We have probe, a surface plate. I repaired electronics, but need manual
for schematic and cal procedure for internals. Then onto external.

OK, cool. Yeah, the manual would point out the individual tweaks. Looking around I couldn't find a manual or procedure specific to that model. Best of luck with it Dana.
