no it's 12v.. simply 12v pc fan with 4 pin

AGAIN, please post a pic of the fan showing its sticker so we can pull a datasheet. We need facts, and we need to be able to confirm you understand the fan's capabilities. An LED and a Fan are not the same- one is a diode, the other an inductor.
