i can make a trip to the nearest city and buy general purpose ICs wich are SUPPOSEDLY genuine but a TL082 costs me 1€

Same here.

If I drive to town to buy 1, it will cost me about $0.50, $3 in gas, and more than an hour of my time.

If I buy 10 online, it will cost me $1 each.

If I buy 100 online, it will cost me $0.45 each.

 

i think people can't buy ANYTHING that resembles a DIP package in china

yesterday arrived some LM311P marked as "13WHY28M" that are the same dual cheap op amp... i mean, they just didn't followed the single setup like remarking an uA741, this is simply not pin to pin compatible... ASTONISHING!!!
